This research forum will open up discussion on the topic of obtrusive light caused by interior lighting within buildings and intrusive light caused by exterior lighting affecting building occupants. It will explore both the potential impact, and potential evaluation methods related to this issue and brings together the fields of indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, ecology and astronomy.
