January 10, 2019 TC 4-58 is preparing a guideline on obtrusive light from colourful and dynamic lighting. For this purpose, the TC is collecting information on existing national and regional regulation, standards and guidance documents for obtrusive lighting (i.e. light emission and ingression). We therefore would be grateful if you could provide some information on obtrusive lighting in your country, with emphasize on coloured and dynamic aspects.
