Myopia and daylight exposure

The RF scope concerns the link between exposure to daylight as a protective factor against myopia – its incidence and its progression during childhood and early adulthood. This includes related aspects of the visual environment, such as spectrum, timing, temporal light modulation and artefacts and spatial frequency.

This research forum is not intended to concentrate on in-depth discussions related to genetic factors in myopia, eye-exercises or non-photic treatments or eye-wear for myopia prevention or control.
